我們住42天，大約3天叫一次客房清潔，有時房務人員整理完，但是並沒有更換新的棉被與枕頭套，更換過後棉被上面依舊有汙垢。電燈壞掉一個多禮拜才來換新，水質並沒有很好，如圖片這是兩個人洗第二天的濾芯顏色，並且所有房卡都可以互開不同房間的門 很危險，貴重物品都要帶隨身帶好，房間保險櫃也沒通電 不能用。隔音不太好，有很多問題跟櫃檯講也都沒有及時處理，例如吹風機吹到一半壞掉 ，他們說明天才能來拿。但是如果對住宿沒有太大的要求的話，這個價位對於短期住宿的人，還算是不錯的。圖1是最後一天突然出現的大蟑螂、圖2為酒店停水後很混濁的水、圖3為用了自己帶的有濾芯的蓮蓬頭，才使用了3天就很黃了

ครอบครัวไปเที่ยวครั้งนี้ชมว่าโรงแรมอยู่ไกลจริงๆการบริการดูแลตัวเองเป็นหลักก๊อกน้ำต้องซ่อมครับความสะอาดต้องแก้ไขนิดหนึ่งครับในห้องไม่มีตู้เย็นนะครับอย่าซื้ออะไรเย็นๆไปกินนะเพราะไม่มีตู้เย็นไม่เก็บเสียงนะครับห้องที่จอดรถจอดไม่ดีเสียตังค์นะครับถึงแม้จะเป็นหน้าโรงแรมก็ตามระวังโดนใบสั่งนะครับโดยรวมใช้ได้ครับแต่ต้องปรับปรุงเรื่องงานบริการและที่จอดรถครับควรดูแลความปลอดภัยให้กับลูกค้าไม่ใช่ให้ลูกค้ามาเสียค่าปรับในการจอดรถนะครับ

My one-night experience at Kingston Hotel 2 @ Setapak was extremely disappointing — I even felt like checking out immediately upon arrival. I was assigned to Room 217, which is one of the back rooms of the hotel. The window faced the back alley of a shop, where not only was it noisy, but the hygiene of the area was also terrible. As soon as I entered the room and opened the door, I was hit by a strong musty smell, as if the room hadn’t been occupied or cleaned for a long time. The bedsheets and pillowcases were very dirty. The soundproofing was also extremely poor.

I forgot to take pics of the room. Its an average hotel, good for short stay. Tv is out of service, no soap provided. Need to inform the frontdesk but i was staying for only a night, so i dont mind telling them. Park at your own risk. For rm60 a night, what more should you ask.

Book a room with city view. At first provide the room without window, after complain just provide the room with window facing corridor. A front desk staff working in Malaysia but could not understand Malay. The bed still hand bloody stain and full with long girl hair. The WiFi signal terible poor.
